Die Raumaufteilung war sehr gut und wirklich passend, vor allem die Anzahl an Toiletten und Badezimmern war super.
Der defekte Lüfter wurde sofort ausgetauscht und das WLAN repariert.

Die letzte Reinigung war schon etwas her, die Terrassensessel waren sehr schmutzig, Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse war nicht ausgeräumt. Das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig. Ein Heizlüfter war defekt und eine Lampe. Salz, Pfeffer usw. war nicht in desee more

Ich gebe gie Zugänglichkeit zur eingangstreppe zu bedenken.
Der Weg zur Treppe war komplett vereist.

Hallo und vielen Dank für die nette Bewertung. Leider ist es auf 1600 Metern Seehöhe unmöglich, die Zugänge und Treppen komplett von Schnee und Eis zu befreien, deshalb ist es auch der Grund, warum Schneekettenpflicht ist. Der Brötchenservice ist leisee more

Die Fussweg zu Haus ist eine Neigung, wenn es mit Schnee bedeckt, wie jetzt, sehr schwer, gefährlich zu nutzen. Treppe oder Anti-Rutsch ist notwendig.
