On 120 m², our Superior Chalet provides ample space for up to 10 people. Your holiday home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub and finnish sauna. In addition, the chalet features 2 furnished balconies.
The kitchen in our Superior Chalet is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.

Op de dag van aankomst werden we gebeld dat we de sleutel toch bij de locatie konden ophalen, dat was erg netjes.
Sauna, bubbelbad, douches waren allemaal tiptop in orde. Je moet even opletten met het warme water, want bij het vullen van het bad is see more

Er zou gekeken worden of er een geregeld kon worden, maar nadien niets meer vernomen. Het ontbreken van een Nespresso apparaat is niet zo erg, maar dat de geleverde informatie niet klopt en er vervolgens niks aan gedaan wordt is niet zo netjes.. |

Das WC mit Dusche in den beiden Zimmern im EG ist eine Fehlplanung - wenn man schräg sitzen muss da nur ca. 40cm Platz zur Waschmuschel ist, dann ist das als solche einzustufen - eine durchsichtige Glaswand ins WC ist auch nicht jedermanns Geschmack 4. Der Wirlpool im sehr angenehm großen Bad sollte aber einwandfrei funktionieren (Abfluss war undicht, Armaturen waren teilw. nicht zu bedienen da sich eine durchgedreht hat, Füllung in einem Zug nicht möglich, da die Warmwasserbereitung unterdimensioniert ist) 5. Der Stauraum in den Zimmern ist zu klein - Ablagen sind so angeordnet, dass nur eine 2-Meter-Person das obere Board erreicht 7. Trocknungsmöglichkeiten für 8-10 Pers. der Kleidung von Schifahrer im Winter?! 8. Zu schwaches Licht im EG-Bereich in Badezimmern und vor Spiegel 1. Der große Sitzecke im OG sollte spiegelverkehrt angeordnet sein - bessere Position zum TV-Screen 2. In Österreich sollte man meinen, dass die Programme ORF 1 /2 bzw. andere aufrufbar sind 6. - Im Vorfeld wurde nicht richtig auf unsere Nachfragen per Mail bezüglich Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Brötchenservice geantwortet. Vielleicht einfach nochmal die Infos auf der Homsee more
- Es war nicht genug Besteck und Gläser für 9 Personen vorhanden.
- Im Vorfeld wurde nicht richtig auf unsere Nachfragen per Mail bezüglich Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Brötchenservice geantwortet. Vielleicht einfach nochmal die Infos auf der Homepage aktualisieren. Dann erübrigen sich nervige Nachfragen und die Gäste können besser planen. - vor Ort gab es ein Problem mit Fliegen in der Sauna und der teils kalten Therme. Ein Hausmeister wurde wohl bestellt, es kam aber nie jemand vorbei. |
