Sehr schönes Chalet aber nicht zu Fuß zur Piste

Wir haben eine tolle Woche bei traumhaftem Winterwetter in dem gut ausgestatteten Chalet verbracht. Das Chalet entspricht den Onlinebildern und ist wirklich geräumig. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt.

Alles ist wirklich schön uns ansprechend bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es fehlten Kleineigkeiten in der Küche: Es waren keine Kaffekapseln da um den ersten Kaffee trinken zu können (muss natürlich nicht - wäre aber eine schöne Geste). Aus anderen Fsee more
Alles ist wirklich schön uns ansprechend bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es fehlten Kleineigkeiten in der Küche: Es waren keine Kaffekapseln da um den ersten Kaffee trinken zu können (muss natürlich nicht - wäre aber eine schöne Geste). Aus anderen Ferienhäusern kennen wir es, dass Essig Gewürze etc. einfach da bleiben und nicht alles gekauft bzw. mitgebracht werden muss. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sonst gut, aber es fehlten manchmal die spezeillen Dinge wie z.B. ein Korkenzieher. Die Sauna ist wirklich nur für eine Person geeignet und auch etwas schwach auf der Brust. Und die Angabe 500 Meter zur Piste suggeriert, dass man das irgendwie zu Fuß gut z.B. auf einem Forstweg laufen kann oder sogar mit den Skiern schafft. Das ist aber nicht so und mann muss schon ein gutes Stück auf der Straße laufen, mit dem Skibus fahren oder dem eigenen Auto. Das sollte deutlicher Kommuniziert werden. KEIN SKI IN SKI OUT. Aber das ist alles Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

The house is absolutely beautiful, as is the location. The build quality of the house is superior as well.
That's why it's a shame the equipment of the house is 6 out of 10. Please make that a 9 of 10 by adding a few minor items that are low of cossee more

That's why it's a shame the equipment of the house is 6 out of 10. Please make that a 9 of 10 by adding a few minor items that are low of costs, but gives your guests the 5 star rating: - no tea glasses at all - only 4 big mugs to drink from (for a house that can have 8 guests) - just enough pans to cook with: 2 or 3 pans more for 8 people are necessairy - no cutting board at all (bought that ourselves) - no oven mints (very dangerous with the oven and boiling water: we bought them as well) - only one sharp small knive to cut vegetables and fruits (why only 1 for 8 people) - a beautiful deck, but comfortable seats on a half empty deck - no cupboard in the room near the kitchen: to put in groveries, small items (phone charger, board games, keys, sunglasses etc) - no measuring cup (we bought that ourselves) - only bright lights on three points in the living room: at any time the lights in the evening are so bright. If there was a dimmable light, that would be great: we losened 4 of the 10 light bulbs in the kitchen: too bright to cook. And losened 1 of the 2 lights above the tabel area By adding these items to the house, both the house and the equipment will have the same standards. We also experienced a sewer smell coming from the technical area. Nevertheless we had a great time staying at the house. |
