Sehr schönes chalet, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete küche. Whirlpool, sauna und der ausblick waren unsere highlights. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine Freundinnen-Gruppe und liebten alle das Design und moderne am Chalet. Die top ausgestattete Küche lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick von jedem Zimmer war auch ein Wahnsinn! Die Balkone auf jeder Ebene... Wirklich traumhaft. see more

Wir waren in der Sommer-Vorsaison und waren uns dessen nicht ganz bewusst (Anfang Juni) euer Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption hat uns auch falsche Informationen gegeben "bei uns auf der Turracher hat noch alles geschlossen" und auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen sagte er "ja wirklich alles alles", dies stimmte jedoch nicht. Die Karlhütte zum Beispiel bei der 3Seen Runde hatte offen, da haben wir dann angerufen und nachgefragt. Weil auf Google auch falsche Öffnungsinformationen zu finden sind. Also das ist wirklich sehr schwach von eurem Mitarbeiter... Die Gästekarte haben wir auch noch nicht bekommen, da ja noch keine Saison ist. Jedoch zB in Bad Kleinkirchheim ist vieles schon offen... Das solltet ihr auch unbedingt ausschreiben, das es in der Vorsaison KEINE Gästekarte gibt, weil dies auch falsch kommuniziert wird von euch.

Der Abfluss der Dusche im Saunabereich hat im ganzen Raum gestunken, so dass ständig gelüftet werden musste. Die Wartung des Abflusses wurde vernachlässigt.

Eventuell Aufhänger/Haken noch ein wenig ergänzen. In den Zimmern (hinter der Tür) wäre es praktisch gewesen. Und auch im Saunabereich bzw beim Hot Pot ebenso.
