Wir hatten bei der Ankunft Probleme mit einem rutschigen Zugang zum Chalet - das war das größte Problem für uns - bei Ankunft mit schlechter Sicht und dann auch noch Gepäck, besteht da gröbere Verletzungsgefahr. Das Streusalz hat erst am nächsten Tagsee more

Das Streusalz hat erst am nächsten Tag geholfen - Etwas Rollsplitt vor Ort wäre sicher keine schlechte Idee. Kleinigkeit: Die Lampen waren von innen mit Joghurt beschmiert (über dem Esstisch etwas besser putzen). Die Abflüsse in den Badezimmern haben sehr muffig gerochen und einen unangenehmen ersten Eindruck gemacht - wir waren da nicht empfindlich aber für jemanden der zum Ersten Mal zu euch kommt, könnte das als was sehr negatives gelten.

Hallo Elisabeth, vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Bewertung. Aufgrund der Zwischensaison hatten natürlich alle Betriebe geschlossen. Man tut sich in der Saison wesentlich leichter, da dann alle Gaststätten zumindest offen haben. In der Ortschaft Turrach gibt es Peerlis Greislerei, einen kleinen Supermarkt und wir haben einen 24h Shop unter Toms Cafe. Wir hoffen, Sie hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden uns über ein Wiedersehen sehr freuen. LG Anita
