In this 100 m² holiday apartment, up to 6 people can find space. The holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, 2 separate toilets and a furnished, 40 m2 large terrace. You sleep in 2 comfortable double beds. Additionally, a sofa bed is available in the living area.
The open kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped: cutlery and (cooking) crockery are available, a ceramic hob, oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment are also part of the equipment, as are a toaster, kettle and a coffee machine.
A small ALPS RESORTS starter set with dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid (sample), sponge, bin bags, cleaning and dish cloth is ready for your arrival.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Alles war gut organisiert und das Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Was für uns jedoch sehr enttäuschend war, war die Temperatur im Apartment. Es war durchgehend sehr kalt. Obwohl nach unserer Reklamation schnell Servicemitarbeiter kamen und feststellten, dass viel Luft in den Heizungsrohren war, wurde es auch danach nicht wirklich warm. Für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ist funktionierende Heizung jedoch absolut entscheidend, besonders zu dieser Jahreszeit. Trotzdem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. |

Die Wohnung bietet wirklich sehr viel Platz und es sind auch ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Es ist schön hell und die Betten sind auch bequem. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Wir haben uns trotz kleiner Mängel dort wohl gefühlt.

Leider war der Reinigungszustand bei Ankunft unbefriedigend. Die Gläser auf dem offenen Regal in der Küche waren verstaubt und es waren teilweise tote Fliegen drin. Der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls dreckig. Unter der Couch und den Betten war nicht gesausee more
Leider war der Reinigungszustand bei Ankunft unbefriedigend. Die Gläser auf dem offenen Regal in der Küche waren verstaubt und es waren teilweise tote Fliegen drin. Der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls dreckig. Unter der Couch und den Betten war nicht gesaugt. Der vorhandene Staubsauger ist auch nicht sehr leistungsfähig. Im Verlauf des Aufenthalts zeigten sich dann auch Mängel in der Ausstattung. Es gab z.B. nur wenig Gläser, nur 3 Weingläser und 4 Wassergläser. Die Pfannen sind alle ziemlich verkratzt und unbrauchbar. Sogar die Eier sind darin angebrannt. In der Küche gibt es kein Oberlicht. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es leider überhaupt kein Licht, so dass man sie abends nicht mehr nutzen kann. Es fehlte uns auch eine Sonnenschirm, damit man schön draußen frühstücken kann. Die Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich ramponiert (Lampenschirm hat Löcher). Allgemein wäre wohl bereits eine Renovierung angebracht (wirkt schon sehr abgewohnt, Flecken an den Wänden, Wendeltreppe ist sehr dreckig). Die Wohnung ist im Vergleich relativ hochpreisig, so dass man hier auch vom Zustand und Ausstattung mehr erwarten darf.
