On 104 m², our premium apartment on the 2nd floor provides ample space for up to 8 people. Your holiday apartment features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with WC / shower (hairdryer, 1 bathroom en suite) and a living room with open kitchen. You will be sleeping on comfortable box-spring double beds.
The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker (capsule (Nespresso) and/or filter machine). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.

In one week we did have 2 times cold shower at two appartement at the same time/period which took every time more then a half day to repair.
Also the reaction at the reception was "cold" so to say.
You don't want to hear that it can happen and suresee more

Also the reaction at the reception was "cold" so to say. You don't want to hear that it can happen and surely not 2 days out of 7. You pay a lot of money for rent, then it has to be perfect. And if something goes wrong, then there is a reception who should arrange that the problem will be solved quickly. And that they show at least some empathy. We came here before but you definatly notice there has been a change in staff. And that's not positive ment. |

Die Bewohner unter uns haben uns berichtet, dass sie es gehört haben, wenn wir unsere Esszimmerstühle verschoben haben. Filzgleiter an den Stuhlbeinen würden hier viel helfen.
