Description
On 52 m², our studio provides ample space for up to 4 people. Your holiday apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC / shower (with hairdryer), a living room with kitchen and a balcony. You will be sleeping on comfortable double beds.
The kitchen in the living area is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker (capsule (Nespresso) and filter machine). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.
Wi-Fi included.

Wir hatten bereits im Winter diese Unterkunft gebucht und waren von der Aussicht und der Lage (direkt am Start Kinder-Ski und der Gondel) begeistert. Die Aussicht (Apt. 3) war schon im Winter sensationell.

Jetzt im Sommer haben wir die vielen Möglichkeiten von der Umgebung genossen und brauchten fast nie das Auto. Die Wohnung ist weiterhin sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Im Vergleich zum Winter gab es sogar ein paar kleinere Erweiterungen, wie eine zusätzliche Ablage. Auch die neue Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Mountainbikes fanden wir sehr positiv. Die Kinder und wir haben es genossen und kommen gerne wieder. |

Komplett neu gemachtes Haus mit sehr viel Charme. Unser Appartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte eine atemberaubenden Panoramablick vom Balkon! Anreise hat alles super geklappt. Lermoos ist so toll - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
